Job Summary: Our company is seeking a highly enthusiastic and experienced Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex Aerospace & Defense projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and risk, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines in line with program objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure that program deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of project plans, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Provide regular status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress against project goals, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Develop and maintain risk management plans, proactively identifying and managing program risks and issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the program, identifying opportunities to optimize processes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the program lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, standards, and regulations.

• Execution of delivery and operationalization of systems after user acceptance.

 

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or related field.
• 15-18 years of experience in Aerospace & Defense industry, with demonstrated success in managing complex projects.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management skills, including project planning, budgeting, and risk management.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Experience with program management tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management, stakeholders, and customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex issues.
• Experience in government contracts and regulations preferred.
