Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Quality Assurance Engineer with a background in Electronics and
Communication or equivalent. The ideal candidate should have minimum 1-3 years of hands-on experience in
handling Missile systems/subsystems in terms of Quality Assurance & Testing.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive testing and quality assessments of Missile subsystems/electronics products.
• Perform testing and validation of communication systems and related components, to identify defects,
malfunctions, and deviations from specifications.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and production, to ensure
the seamless integration of quality standards throughout the product lifecycle.
• Perform functional, performance, reliability, and compatibility testing to validate product functionality.
• Document and report test results, defects, and issues in a clear and organized manner, and work closely with
the development team to facilitate timely resolution and improvements.

Requirements:
• Proven professional experience of 1-3 years in Quality Assurance and Testing of Missile systems.
• Experience in handling Missile systems/subsystems will be an additional advantage.
• Hands on experience in testing of Missiles/ subsystems including communication systems.
• Solid understanding of electronics principles, components, and circuits.
• Proficiency in using testing tools and equipment commonly used in electronics testing.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Qualifications:
• At least 1-3 years of experience in the Aerospace and Defense Industry.
• B.Tech in Electronics/ Electrical or equivalent;
